Construction of supermarkets & retail shops, cinemas, conference facilities, food courts and kids zone as part of a mixed-use development known as Morocco Square in Tanzania. The development will consist of 4 towers consisting of the following area spaces : offices – 47 793m², residential – 24 924m², retail – 28 827 m², and a modern hotel of 8 456m². There will be plenty of parking spaces provided as well as a helipad, clubhouse and swimming pool for residents. Project value : US$71 million
