Construction of 2 office towers as part of a mixed-use development known as Morocco Square in Tanzania. The development will consist of 4 towers consisting of the following area spaces : offices – 47 793m², residential – 24 924m², retail – 28 827 m² and a modern hotel of 8 456m². There will be plenty of parking spaces provided as well as a helipad, clubhouse and swimming pool for residents. The two towers will be approximately 20 storeys and 17 storeys in height.
