About this development
Construction of the MooiRivier Mall on the corner of MooiRivier Drive and Lombaard Street in Potchefstroom in the North West Province. Situated adjacent to the existing Riverwalk Mall. The proposed activity is the development of a single, enclosed retail mall and offices of approximately 40 000m². Eighty percent will be closed and air-conditioned and twenty percent will be open space facing the parking area. The mall will be a single storey structure with basement parking. The mall will span the Mooi River at the northern section of the site, just south of Lombard Street.
