Construction and upgrade of the Lenmed Mooimed Private Hospital, in Potchefstroom, North West. Scope of works Phase 1A: Construction of a new plant room. Upgrade of the existing bariatric ward. Construction of doctors’ sessional room and ablutions in an existing ward and conversion of an existing workshop to a temporary CSSD. Alterations and additions to existing theatre and CSSD. Phase 1B & C: Construction of new doctor’s rest room on the first floor. Construction of new reception, admin area, coffee shop and lift shaft.
