Construction of services and infrastructure for the establishment of the Mooikloof Retail Park, on portions 748 and 749 (portions of portion 54) of the farm Rietfontein, 375-JR, located to the west of the Garsfontein Road (Menlyn Drive), Welbekend Road (K50) extension, approximately 5 kilometres south-east of the intersection of De Villebois Mareuil Drive and Garsfontein Road, Bronkhorstspruit, Gauteng. The site is wedged between B-House Centre in the north and Newlands Steel to the south. The development will consist of the following: 2 erven zoned for Special Use for the purposes of shops (restricted for 20 500m² GLA), offices, medical suites, business buildings, commercial purposes, motor showrooms, places of refreshment, places of amusement, and residential buildings. Air Rights are included.
