About this development
Construction of 10 industrial stands as part of phase 2 of the Montrose Mega City Mixed Use development situated within Randfontein, Gauteng. This component consists 5 heavy industrial stands (0.56 ha each) and 5 light industrial stands (0.26 ha each). This mega city is to be done over 3 phases and has a public and private participation which will yield schools, private and public hospitals, college/satellite university, government complex, theme parks, commercial agriculture, retail, commercial office parks, light and heavy industrial development and other public amenities. Within the Montrose City Mega Development is a Middelvlei Station that will be rehabilitated and renovated to add to the economic boost of the region and directly linking the Montrose City Mega Development with the entire West Rand Region as well as the entire Gauteng City Region. The Middelvlei Station is part of the integrated transportation system that synchronizes buses, taxis and passenger train. It will be the economical hub of Montrose City Mega Development. Montrose city is a smart city that will have broadband connection throughout the development. This development is located on Portion 80 & 81 (portion of portion 6) as well as the remainder of portion 6 of the Farm Middelvlei No. 255 IQ, Randfontein.
