About this development
Monash South Africa is in the process of developing the next educational building on its campus at 144 Peter Road, Ruimsig, Roodepoort, Gauteng. This building will be procured by means of an open, invited pre-qualification process, followed by a competitive financial tender process. The building will comprise a Gross Building Area of approximately 4 200m² and will be constructed over three levels. The bulk earthworks will be executed under a separate contract prior to the building works commencing.
