About this development
Construction of water supply pipelines, Molalatau pump station structure and storage facilities in Botswana. The construction work required includes, but is not limited to the following: An 11km long 500 mm diameter GRP rising main from the Thune Dam to the irrigation ponds; A 16km long 200 mm diameter ductile Iron (DI) and uPVC rising main from the Thune WTW to Mathathane; A 19km long 350 mm diameter DI rising main from the Thune WTW to Molalatau; A pump station structure (civil works only) at Molalatau; A 23km long 300 mm diameter DI rising main from the Molalatau pump station to Bobonong; A 31km long 150 mm diameter DI and 160 mm diameter uPVC rising main from the Molalatau pump station to Gobojango; A 420m' ground tank at Gobojango; storage ponds at Mathathane for the irrigation scheme (the irrigation scheme is not included as part of the works).
