About this development
Construction of bulk earthworks infrastructure and civils for a mixed use development known as Mohlakeng Extension 17 township situated on the remainder of portion 83 Middelvlei 255 IQ, remaining extent of portion 136 of the farm Luipaardsvlei 243 IQ and portion 68 of the farm Luipaardsvlei 243 IQ, Randfontein, Gauteng. The scope of works consists of construction of 2 010 subsidized units Residential 1, 1 880 walk up units Residential 4, public open spaces, community and educational facilities. The total site extent is approximately 123ha. Construction will take place in three phases, with 5 000 units developed during each phase. The GPS Coordinates have been placed on Middelvlei 255 IQ 26°12'43.9"S 27°42'06.4"E
