Design and build of full land servicing infrastructure at Mmopane Block 1 Village in Botswana. Procurement of works: Phase I: Full designs for all land servicing components. Construction only of the following permanent works: 2 x 3-bedroomed standard government houses, to be used as the Engineer's offices. All roads (except 15m access roads), approximately 36.3km in lengths of varying road reserves, together with their associated storm water drainage, solar street lighting and transverse sleeves for portable water reticulations, sewer reticulations, power reticulations and telecommunication reticulations.
