Construction of the office component for a mixed-use development on 16 hectares in Livingstone, southern province in Zambia. The development is to consist of the following : a 5000 seater convention centre with 20 board rooms, a banqueting hall and an exhibition hall, a resort hotel complex consisting of a 300 room five star hotel, a 300 room three star hotel, fitness centre, water park and two other hotels of varying star grading, a shopping arcade with 10 shops and a food court with 10 outlets, an entertainment centre with 3 cinemas, 2 night clubs, 3 restaurants and a casino, an Information centre and 40 x offices. The exact co-ordinates are currently not available however the approximate area of location is lat: -17.8519791; long: 25.8285153
