Construction of infrastructure and services for a mixed-use development on a 100-acre piece of land in Ruiru town, Kenya. The development will consist of 1 400 residential units, a commercial centre, a school and a four-star hotel. The mixed development project will sit on a 100 acre site and will feature residential townhouses, maisonettes, low rise apartments and recreational facilities. This project will accommodate lower middle income to high end properties with prices for the different class houses expected to be between Sh10 million and Sh49 million.
