Mixed-use Development, Limuru, Kenya - Infrastructure

Construction of the infrastructure and civil works for a mixed-use development near Limuru in Kiambu County, Kenya. The development is going to be built on a 387 acre piece of land and will have 3304 housing units, commercial and retail space, warehouses and logistics facilities. Other facilities include a water treatment facility, a school and a power substation. The project will be undertaken in phases and will be undertaken over a period of 10 - 12 years.
