Construction of residential towers for a mixed-use development in Accra, Ghana. The site is strategically located in the prime airport district of Accra, the capital of Ghana and has a land area of approximately 49 874m². It is in close proximity to the Kotoka International Airport and is well-connected to road networks. The developers intend to develop the site into an iconic, market-leading, mixed-use development, which will include a hotel, serviced apartments, a shopping mall, an office tower and residential towers with a total gross floor area of 162 000m², excluding car park area. The hotel will be managed by a subsidiary of Shangri-La. Total development costs is over US$250 million.
