About this development
The project is located in the east of the DRC, 152km south east of Banro’s Namoya project. Casa has been exploring the project area where artisanal miners have been recovering gold for approximately 35 years. As of July 2013, over 14 000 metres had been drilled. Metallurgical test work has provided favourable results for both gravity and leach recovery. The exact co-ordinates are currently not available however the approximate area of location is lat: -3.051671999999999; long: 26.867061.
