About this development
Construction of an additional fifth floor to the Mineral Sciences building on the Hatfield Campus of the University of Pretoria, Gauteng. The scope of works includes the addition of a new floor (5th) on the existing building of a new lightweight structure that has a structural steel portal frame with a lightweight wall and a steel roof. A small existing structure on roof requires demolishing and the removal of existing screed and waterproofing.
