Construction of the school facilities for Milnerton Estates, Sandown Road Extension, Parklands, in the Western Cape. Located on erf 10099, erf 10627, Milnerton, Cape Farm 224 and Portion 1 of Cape Farm 224, an area of approximately 186ha. The site is situated south of the old Table View waste dump, north of the existing Parklands Township and about 1km east of the existing Sunningdale Township. The development will comprise of an area for residential purposed and mixed-use developments, which will include commercial and offices, retail facilities, school facilities, clinics, halls and other community facilities and recreational areas.
