Construction of services and infrastructure for the development of an eco friendly residential estate, including residential stands, an equestrian facility, a cricket oval and associated club house, an airstrip and wildlife. The proposed development will be called Millstream Tickey Draai Estate. The Estate will be the first authentic “green” residential development in the North West Province, and a model for the future of residential eco estates in South Africa, as the very design of all structures and facilities will focus on the environment. The site is located at Millstream Tickey Draai Estate, NB17 Naauwpoort, in the North West Province.
