Millennia Park - Building

Proposed refurbishment, construction and expansion of Millennia Park office building and associated infrastructure on erf 7589, Stellenbosch in the Western Cape. The site is currently an office building at the end of Stellentia Avenue in Stellenbosch. The site is approximately 19 154 m² in extent, of which 610m² will be taken up by associated infrastructure and 600m² will be taken up by the footprint of the activity. The project entails the building of a new cafeteria, refurbishing existing building and storm water infrastructure, and rehabilitating an artificial wetland as well as a redesign of the landscaping.
