About this development
Construction of the three phased, R110 million, 98-unit Milkwood development on the old Illovo Beach Holiday Resort in Illovo Beach, KwaZulu-Natal. The three phase development has a planned three year completion period. The development will comprise of one, two and three-bedroomed apartments with patios and optional garages. The first phase is structured around five apartment blocks housing eight units each and four smaller blocks with ground floor garaging and one two bedroom unit straddling each garage block. A communal swimming pool and changing rooms is included in the first phase of Milkwood.
