Expansion of the Midwater Shopping Centre located on the remainder of portion 3 of erf 2415, Aerorand, Middleburg, Mpumalanga. The scope of works includes a new extension to the existing shopping centre of approximately 12 900m² which comprises of basement of 4 740m², ground floor of 6 140m² and first floor of 2 020m². Included is external paving, relocating of existing tenants to the new area and upgrading of the existing centre facades.
