Construction of the Midpoint Precinct Mall with Pick ‘n Pay as its anchor tenant as part of the next phase of the Mainstream Village & Mall in Hout Bay, Western Cape. Comprising of another 3 000m² of additional retail space, the extensions will include a state-of-the-art corporate Pick ‘n Pay, line-shops, apartments, a designated pedestrian bridge over the Baviaanskloof Stream (to link its southern and northern banks) and a large basement car park.
