About this development
Construction of services and infrastructure for the development of the Miami Beach and Leisure Park on portion 87 of Miami 732 LT, within the jurisdiction of Ba-Phalaborwa Local Municipality, under Mopani District Municipality, Limpopo Province. The total size of the farm is estimated at 21.4ha but the proposed development will cover an area estimated at 16ha. The property is to be divided into 4 sections as follows: Agricultural Farm (4ha): This section will be used for crop farming. The permanent structures will include the farm barn and a borehole. Water Park (4ha): This section will be used for recreational purpose, including swimming pools, restaurant and a parking area. Leisure Park (4ha): This section will include the playground, picnic garden and pedestrian walk pathways. Adventure Park (4ha): this section will include the Go-karting track, archery, paintball section and a parking area. The remaining extent of 5.4ha will be left in its natural state.
