About this development
Construction of the Metrology Building, at the University of the Western Cape. The building will comprise a double storey building comprising inter alia: 2 200m² gross construction area; concrete foundations and structure; brick infill facade with aluminium windows; air-conditioning and ventilation systems; plumbing and industrial electrical distribution; concrete roof structure; external paving and landscaping. The work will be undertaken adjacent to other buildings and teaching areas.
