Construction of the infrastructure and services for a mixed use development known as Meridian City in Tema, Ghana. The Meridian Mall will not only be the first regional shopping centre in Tema, but it will be part of the first mixed-use development node in the form of Meridian City. Meridian City will ultimately contain, offices, retail, hospitality, light industrial, social and recreational facilities. The mall will be complemented by an office complex and a mid-market business hotel as well as an entertainment centre with a casino. Meridian City will be a place where people can shop, play, eat and work.
