About this development
Construction of an office development called Menlyn @ Podium on the corner of Lois and Atterbury Roads, Menlyn, in Gauteng. The office development will be a five-storey, environmentally friendly building comprising of 15 600m² of A-grade office space. The development will be done in two phases. Phase One will comprise of 9 200m² of office space with 508 parking bays and the value of Phase One is approximately R176 million. Entrance to development is at 57 Ingersol Road.
