About this development
The four-star Hotel, in the Melrose Arch Development, in Gauteng is scheduled to open in February 2010 and will include 197 rooms as well as conference and meeting rooms. It is also envisaged to include a High Street corner coffee shop, lounge, restaurant, outdoor courtyard seating, swimming pool and basement parking. The last block of the highly individualised nine office blocks in the development will be incorporated to form part of the Hotel.
