Design and construction of a document building, fire and medical storeroom and secondary clarifier substation at Medupi Power Station, Lephalale, Limpopo. CIDB 8GB. The construction scope includes civil and structural elements (including architectural, geotechnical works, roads and paving, parking and paved walkway areas, storm water and tie in with existing services) for the three structures as well as potable water supply, HVAC system, electrical supply and distribution and fire detection system. The GPS coordinates of the power station are 23°42'17.4"S 27°33'48.0"E
