About this development
Redevelopment of the Meadowdale Mall by adding approximately 10 000m² to the centre and giving the existing building a much needed facelift. The mall is an existing building located on Van Riebeeck Road, Meadowdale, Germiston, approximately 1km from the R24 highway in Gauteng. The mall currently consists of a GLA of approximately 36 000m² and will be redeveloped into a shopping mall of ±46 000m² (which will include retail as well as office space). The mall is anchored by Checkers Hyper, who also plan to do a full revamp of their store. Other existing tenants include Cashbuild and House & Home. As part of the redevelopment a second food anchor will be placed along with a few well known fashion outlets, restaurants and fast food as well as banks and value type tenants.
