The areas of Masibambane, Masibulele, llinge, Velwano and Dacawa are located on the north-eastern boundary of Mdantsane, Buffalo City Metropolitan, just south of the N2 dual carriage way between East London and King William's Town. The area is located to the south and west of the R102 and the Mdantsane access road. CIDB 8: R 40 Million - R 130 Million.
