The civil installation works are to be prepared for the development of the following erf portions: Erf 417: Building A (980m²) and Building B (950m²), with a total GLA of 3520m² (including ancillary offices) and a site area of 6280m². Erf 418: Building C (930m²) and Building D (897m²), with a total GLA of 3132m² (including ancillary offices) and a site area of 5950m². Erf 419: Building N (2140m²), with a total GLA of 3000m² (including ancillary offices) and a site area of 5074m².
