Construction, renovations and alterations of the Somafco House South Student's Residence, erf 8910 Mankweng Township, Polokwane, Limpopo. CIDB 8GB. Scope of work includes (but is not limited to): Building Works: New roof cladding, permanent walls in the toilets, floor plans, elevations and sections, new iron mongery, new doors, additional new laundry rooms, additional new kitchens. Mechanical Works: Lift, sustainable water heating and storage, heat coil, additional wet services to connect to the new water heating system. Electrical Works: New DBs, energy-saving lights. Civil and Structural Works: lift support, new bulk services -rerouting the old, walkways, fences. GPS co-ordinates are 23°53'26.7"S 29°44'01.2"E
