Matsapha Bus Rank and Main Market, Swaziland

The Matsapha Town Council is seeking partners to develop on a 4.6 ha piece of land, a Bus Rank and Public Market for the Mataspha Community. The vision is to develop a Main Market, Bus Rank and Mini Shopping Centre with the following components:- A Public Market with vegetable stalls, different size kiosks for accommodating several market products, a cooking and eating area, flea market area, service area and parking area; A bus rank with ranking spaces for taxis, for hires, kombis, sprinters and buses; A two-story mini complex with a floor area of approximately 1,667.7993m3, with sufficient parking space to service the shopping centre; Common public areas such as ablutions, covered sitting area for commuters, and offices to accommodate the Local Authority personnel, Vendor Association, Public Transport Associations, Police, etc
