Scope of works could include but not limited to: construction of two new buildings: library and guard house, demolitions of existing ablutions, upgrade and new water supply, soil drainage and stormwater management, new paving to parking, new walkways, security fencing (ClearVu), covered carports, landscaping and flag poles and works will also comprises of electrical and mechanical installations.
