Construction of a maternity block at Bugumbe Health Centre, Migori County, Kenya. Scope of works could include: Erection and completion of a one level block on reinforced concrete foundations. The superstructure will consist of concrete works and natural stone walling with horizontal key pointing, The roof slab consisting of box profile pre-painted roofing sheets gauge 28 G.C.I sheets box profile on timber trusses. The external wall finish will consist of horizontal key pointing to wall, weather guard paint for the columns and beams. The internal wall finish will include plaster and paint with ceramic tiles to all wet areas. Floors to be finished in ceramic tiles and granolithick paving. Ceiling finishes are in plaster and paint, and chipboard ceiling on timber brandering. Doors are in solid core timber flush doors. Windows are in glazed steel casement.
