Construction of Matatiele Ward 5 Water Supply Project - Phase 1A. Comprising of the following works: development and equipping of 6 no. Low lift pumping borehole installations; testing, drilling, development and equipping of 3 no. Low lift pumping borehole installations; a 2Ml/day packaged water treatment plant; high lift pumping installations; 5.1km PVC-M borehole pumping mains of size 110mm to 63mm diameter; bulk pump rising main comprising of 1.8km x DN150 ductile iron and 5.0km x 160mm diameter PVC-M pipelines; spring protection; 63mm diameter PVC-M by 500mm long gravity main; a 1Ml reinforced concrete command reservoir; and associated works. Located in Matatiele, Eastern Cape Province.
