The project proposes the construction of a marina/waterfront development at Walvis Bay in Namibia. Phase 1 of the Waterfront Development will be on erf 4941 Walvis Bay that currently houses the Municipal swimming pool area, for residential/offices development. This facility must be relocated and a new area for such facility must be identified and developed. Erf 4939 Walvis Bay, which property includes the cricket field, tennis courts and club house will be utilised for Phase 2 of the proposed development. These facilities must be relocated and a new area for such facilities has to be identified.
