About this development
Construction of residential accommodation as part of Phase 1 of the Marianwood Campus, which will accommodate 1008 students and is located within the Marianhill Roman Catholic Mission in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. Phase one of the development will consist of block 1 to block 11, and phase 2 will consist of block 12 to block 15. Block 16 will accommodate a security control room, and block 17 will consist of a club house, gymnasium, mini sickbay, counselling room, convenience shop, fast food restaurant, administrative office, staff room, kitchen, storeroom and ablutions. The site is 6.4ha in size. The exact co-ordinates are currently not available however the approximate area of location is lat: -29.8457639; long: 30.8263221.
