Construction services and infrastructure for the Marianwood Campus which will accommodate 1 008 students. Phase one of the development will consist of block 1 to block 11, and phase 2 will consist of block 12 to block 15. Block 16 will accommodate a security control room, and block 17 will consist of a club house, gymnasium, mini sickbay, counselling room, convenience shop, fast food restaurant, administrative office, staff room, kitchen, storeroom and ablutions. The site is 6.4ha in size, and is located within the Marianhill Roman Catholic Mission in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The exact co-ordinates are currently not available however the approximate area of location is lat: -29.8457639; long: 30.8263221.
