Construction of Maphumulo Bulk Water Supply Scheme Phase 4 which comprises of the Hlimbithwa River abstraction works, pump station, pipeline and access road near Eshowe, Kwazulu-Natal. Value of R519 496 959.35. The scope of works consists of the construction of an abstraction works comprising: Weir, gravel trap, sand trap channels, pump station, MCC room and generator room; a 1.2km DN450 HDPE pipeline with associated air and scour valve chambers, and discharge chute as well as a 0.9km paved access road with associated drainage culverts. The GPS location has been placed at the Maphumulo WTP 29°12'21.4"S 31°02'41.7"E
