About this development
Upgrading of the Manyavu Community Water Supply Scheme, located in the Manyavu area of the Mkhambathini Local Municipality, which is located within the Umgungundlovu District Municipality in KwaZulu-Natal. The Project comprises of approximately 81km of HDPE / uPVC / Klambon steel pipeline ranging from 25mm to 250mm in diameter and includes the refurbishment of 1 250Kl concrete reservoir, installation of 21 of 3Kl reinforced concrete break pressure tanks, 7 of 8Kl reinforced concrete break pressure tanks and 6 of 20Kl reinforced concrete break pressure tanks and associated valves, chambers and fittings. CIDB 8: R 40 Million - R 130 Million.
