About this development
Construction of a retail centre for the Mankwe Hotel and Conference Centre. The site is located within the town of Mogwase, approximately 2km east of the Manyane entrance to the Pilanesberg National Park, and west of Mogwase Unit 4 in the North West Province. The proposed development will consist of a 100-room 3-star hotel, conference centre for seating for up to 280 people, an adventure centre, a retail centre, a complex of fractional ownership holiday homes, a timeshare complex of family units with children's playgrounds, communal braai areas and a swimming pool.
