Construction of a new workshop, chemical stores, fertilizer store, offices, workshop store, parking, fuel tank, boundary wall, gravel driveway, tractor wash bay and ablution facilities for the Masinga Irrigation Scheme: Phase 1: Mankomfane Farm. The farm is some 150ha and is situated near Tugela Ferry, KwaZulu-Natal at 28° 45' 17.0" S and 30° 25' 04.0" E. The farm is to be developed into a commercial enterprise with participation from the local community and is part of the Umzinyathi District Municipalities Local Economic Development (LED) strategy.
