About this development
Construction of civil and infrastructure works for the new township development covering an area of approximately of 232,4 hectares on the Klipfontein 716 and farm Ceres 626 in Mangaung, Free State. The site can be accessed from the Dewetsdorp road and the M30 and is approximately 17km outside Bloemfontein central and will consist of the following infrastructure: residential stands; institutional stands; recreational; educational; municipal; place of worship and public open space. Coordinates: 29° 12’ 55.95” S and 26° 15’ 51.58” E.
