About this development
Construction of a shopping centre with a filling station along the D3675 main road connecting the Mutale area and Musina local Municipality, Limpopo. The proposed site is approximately 6 000m² and is located near Thengwe Tribal Offices and Robert Mbulungeni Secondary, about 41km from Thohoyandou. The site is vacant tribal land that was previously used as a sports ground for the adjacent school. It is envisaged that the shopping centre will have a bakery, convenience shop, hardware store, offices and other outlets. The GPS co-ordinates are 22°42'18.2"S 30°33'57.1"E
