Malakite Park - Office Block

Construction of 13 office blocks for the Malakite Park development. The 12ha Malakite Park will be situated in the Greenstone Hill Precinct and includes 50 000m² of AAA grade office, 4-star upmarket residential Hotel, The Malakite and an upmarket sectional title residential development. The Malakite Office Park will be developed in 2 phases, with the first phase comprising of 20 000m² of highly flexible office space in six building sized from 2 400m² over two storeys to 5 735m² over four storeys. The second phase will include approximately 30 000m² of office space and incorporates the Hotel and seven office buildings. The green-focused design ensures that each building will have its own identity. The Residential node, Strelitiza, consisting of 376 apartments, will be constructed parallel with the office component.
