Malakite Park - Strelitiza Residential

Construction of 376 residential units for the Malakite Park development. The 12ha Malakite Park will be situated in the Greenstone Hill Precinct and includes 50 000m² of AAA grade office, 4-star upmarket residential Hotel, The Malakite and an upmarket sectional title residential development. The Malakite Office Park will be developed in 2 phases, with the first phase comprising of 20 000m² of highly flexible office space in six building sized from 2 400m² over two storeys to 5 735m² over four storeys. The second phase will include approximately 30 000m² of office space and incorporates the Hotel and seven office buildings. The green-focused design ensures that each building will have its own identity. The Residential node, Strelitiza, consisting of 376 apartments, will be constructed parallel with the office component and consists of 24 blocks of 3 floors each, ground, first and second floors.
