About this development
Construction of nine 4-storey blocks for the proposed student accommodation for the students at the University of Venda on portion 1 of Erf 4926 in Makwarela Extension 3 near the town of Thohoyandou in the Thulamela Local Municipality of Limpopo. The student housing will include 1 480 single and 441 double rooms yielding a total of 1 062 beds accommodation. An established gatehouse will provide controlled access into the development.
