Construction of a mall, 23 855m² in size, the largest component of this mixed-use development known as Maitama Mall which is a landmark mixed use project with a gross built up area of 82 000m² in the affluent core of Abuja, Maitama, located at the roundabout where Shesu Shugari Way and Ibrahim Babangida Way intersection. The overall project will cost US$220 million and includes retail, office and hospitality in one building with over 10 floors. The mall is the largest component of this development and will cost $100 million. The offices will be spread out over 6 floors and the hotel will be a 5 star Radisson Blue hotel with 250 keys.
