Construction of Infrastructure and services for a mixed-use development known as Maitama Mall which is a landmark mixed use project with a gross built up area of 82 000m² in the affluent core of Abuja, Maitama, located at the roundabout where Shesu Shugari Way and Ibrahim Babangida Way intersection in Abjua, Nigeria. The entire project will cost US$220 million and include retail, office and hospitality in one building with over 10 floors. The mall is the largest component of this development. The offices will be spread out over 6 floors and the hotel will be a 5 star Radisson Blue hotel with 250 keys.
